Description
ChanaVerm 7.5% is a broad spectrum anthelmintic for the treatment and control of gastro-intenstinal and pulmonary nematode infections in cattle and sheep. ChanaVerm 7.5% is effective against mature and developing immature stages of levamisole susceptible major worm species.
Dosage and administration:
ChanaVerm 7.5% oral solution should be administered as an oral drench. Dosing should be carried out accurately, preferably using a gun system at a rate of 7.5mg Levamisole hydrochloride per 5kg bodyweight. To ensure administration of a correct dose, body weight should be determined as accurately as possible, accuracy of the dosing device should be checked.
– For cattle, 1ml of ChanaVerm 7.5% per 10kg of bodyweight.
– For sheep, 0.5ml ChanaVerm 7.5% per 5kg of bodyweight.
