Battles maggot oil with added fly repellent is a soothing skin preparastion used in sheep management when maggots and fly strike are a problem.
A combination of a soothing skin dressing and effective fly repellent for use against maggot fly in sheep to help maintain the optimum conditions for the natural healing process after fly strike, and deters further attack.
Directions for use: Clean the affected area thoroughly removing any maggots.
Apply Battles Maggot Oil thoroughly to the affected area and the surrounding skin and fleece. Inspect the animal thoroughly and re-apply as necessary until the condition has stabilised.Please note this product is not an insecticide. In case of severe attacks it may be necessary to dip or hand dress the animals with a suitable preparation or seek veterinary advice.
