A high quality, highly digestible all round dog food, made with high quality meat proteins and whole grain cereals, Vigour is ideal for hard working farm dogs and pet dogs alike.
Composition: Cereals (minimum 4% Rice), Meat & Animal Derivatives (minimum 4% Chicken), Derivatives of Vegetable Origin, Oils & Fats, Minerals. Additives (Per Kg): Nutritional Additives: Vitamin A 20,000 iu, Vitamin D3 2,000 iu, Vitamin E 110mg (as alpha tocopheral). Trace Elements: Ferrous Sulphate Monohydrate 200mg, Zinc Oxide 139mg, Manganese Oxide 40mg, Cupric Sulphate Pentahydrate 20mg, Calcium iodate anhydrous 1.63mg, Sodium Selenite 0.33mg, Antioxidants & Colourants. Analytical Constituents: Crude Protein 22%, Crude Oils & Fats 8%, Crude Fibers 3%, Crude Ash 9.5%.
Feeding Guide Downland Vigour recommended feeding quantity should be spilt into two equal meals.
An individual dog’s requirements may differ from the guide. Adjust the amount given to maintain your dog in an active, lean condition.
Fresh drinking water should always be made available to your dog.
Introduce Downland Vigour over a 5-7 day period and adjust the amount given to keep your working dog in lean, active condition. How much you feed will vary depending on age, breed and activity levels, older working dogs will require less than younger dogs of the same size.
Wean young dogs of 8 weeks old off their puppy food over a 1-2 week period, feed young working dogs up to 3 times a day from 8-12 weeks of age, twice a day from 12-24 weeks and once or twice a day from 24 weeks. When feeding young and growing working dogs 2-3 times a day feed to appetite if possible.
